Project: Prayers For Caleb
Project Prayers For Caleb is well underway. We have heard from a number of individuals who have taken it upon themselves to call as many churches as they can to put Caleb on their prayer lists. We also have a friend who we got to know when we were at T.C. Thompson, who has initiated a campaign where, with the help of her marketing background and the generosity of a financial donor, are sending out a mailer packet to over 20,000 churches to ask them to be in prayer for Caleb.

We can’t thank you enough for these efforts. Since the very beginning we have sought the prayers of God’s people and we believe  the prayers are being heard as we continue to see Caleb improve each and every single day.

The New HelpCaleb.com Web Site
As for updates, here’s how they will work. Each night after Caleb’s bedtime, I will write out and journal about the day, and post sometime hopefully between 9:00pm and 12:00am. Some have asked about my sleep, I don’t sleep much, but nothing new there.

I was working 3 jobs before all this, so I was pretty much in the groove of not sleeping much anyway. :) The writing is just as much for me as it is for you all. One of the things I like to do is journal out and write things, as it helps to keep things in perspective for me. I often use writing to connect with God and to process things that are going on around me. Tiffany will soon be writing some of the updates  as well, as there have been a lot of things she has been wanting to say.

Once we write the update and post it to the new site, I created the site to automatically post the update on both Caleb’s Facebook Pages, as well as his Fan Page. So you will get the update there, with a link to click to see the full article on helpcaleb.com

I plan to finish the site a little as we go. There are a number of pages which still need to be done and a lot of this will be a work in process. We are so thankful for all the people who have taken the time and who continue to take the time to love and pray for our son. Thank you all. Look forward to updating you all tonight. More good things on the way!

094Would you consider adding Caleb to your church and personal prayer lists? Also a fund has been set up to help offset Caleb's ongoing medical expenses and related costs. Thank you for your love and support! Donations via PayPal can be made by clicking here:

Caleb has been on my heart all day. I kept stopping and saying a prayer for him and his continued restoration. God is good and I am expecting him to complete the incredible work he has already begun in Caleb’s young life.

WOW, what a true inspiration you are to us all… our pastor (gary sears-mt. olive ministries) teaches us that if we want the testimony then we first must endure the test. what a testimony you both are working on. we have a home we have been blessed with, and room for your family if you ever have a need to commute to chattanooga or even in the area. thank you for allowing our family to help with your journey. our continuous love and prayers. ISAIAH 40:31…i myself have held this verse close many times, and it ALWAYS rings true. He has promised to make EVERYTHING beautiful in His time.

I could write and write. Can’t believe this happened, like a bullet out of the sky at such a small target. Praying for Caleb and his family. God and pray are so powerful and his leading in Caleb’s life. God has given us so much professional help and knowledge in the well being of life. Praise the Lord.

I pray each and everyday for God to take care of this sweet little boy and his family. God is a loving God and he will take care of all of us in due time. I read your posts each day to see how Caleb is doing! Oh what a true faith you have! I just about cry with happiness and joy whenever I read the updates. I don’t even know you but you have touched my heart so close to home! I still have my girls and grandchildren who live so close to F.C.F.s. I would take them walks from the spillway to the Inn and thank God for such a beautiful place. So you see I feel that you are so special and will always be touched by Gods hands. You just keep getting better everyday, because I know God has a special plan for you in mind!
Hope you all get some good rest now and cherish every little accomplishment along the way! Am praying for all the children that is in need there also.

Almighty God, we pray that Caleb may be comforted in his suffering and made whole. When he and his family are afraid, give them courage; when they feel weak, grant them your strength; when they are afflicted, afford them patience; when they are lost, offer them hope; when they feel alone, move us to their side; in the name of Jesus Christ we pray.
